Our portfolio of products activate neuromechanical responses which can result in new vascularization and microcirculatory improvement, helping restore the body's healing process and regeneration of healthy tissue.
VasoActiv a unique neuromechanical blood circulating therapy, newly available in the market. This patented technology is specifically designed for hospital ICU use. It has received FDA 510K clearance as a Class II Medical Device.

Chief Executive Officer / CFO
Jim has an extensive background in investment banking, healthcare facilities development, renewable energy technology and medical device investments. He is active in his church and is an avid racquetball player.

Chief Technology Officer
John has served as President for a biomedical device company as well as EVP for a chain of dental clinics and laboratories. He founded Sheer Stress Therapeutics and is the Chief Technology Officer.

Chief Operating Officer
David has served as COO for multiple international energy and manufacturing companies. He also held senior management positions at Boeing Aerospace and Boeing Commercial Airplane Groups. David is active in his church and plays tennis.
Dr. Kenneth Dormer
Chief Science Advisor
Kenneth Dormer, PhD, FAHA, is a world-recognized expert in hearing technology and cardiovascular research. He is co-inventor of several FDA-approved implantable hearing devices and co-founder of NanoMed Targeting Systems. Dr. Dormer joins our team as Chief Science Advisor.
